This morning I woke up with pain in my leg like smething was pulling on me and it cramped up I mean I experinced a cramp I go to the gym it was a charile horse I am pretty sure any ideas on how to mange the pain?

A pharmacist told me a lot of athletes take occasional quinine capsules to avoid leg and foot cramps. It takes maybe one in six months, in case you get more cramps. They're inexpensive, but you must have a doctor's prescription.
