Absolutely no. Vandalism is a misdemeanor crime. Why would you want to harm someone or threaten someone with a gun if all they are doing is some tagging.
Why don't you buy a camera instead and document the vandalism. Give the evidence to the police and let them handle it.

No I dont think you will be justified if you start shooting out your door at teenagers doing that. There are very strict elements need to justify a civillian shooting a criminal. Take a CJ class before you start taking the law into your own hands!

If ther do not use deadly force against you, and you shoot and injure, or kill one of them, you are in some hot water, so be prepared to do some serious jail time. You don't sound stable enough to have a gun, so my advise is to you is, steer clear of guns.
