I hate to say this, but I guess I have to tell you because real men know.....
It's the same thing as Mensturation Time, it's when a girl has to used tampons or pads. Blood comes out, to refresh our body sort of. It comes once a month usually, but some people if they are lucky it comes once a year, and I'm one of them.
