hi my gf finished with me 2 weeks ago after 6 weeks only cos of an argument at work, i sent her flowers the next day to say sorry. since then she wont get back wth me, wen ever i ask her she says she dont know...so yesterday she told me that she likes me and still fancies me and has feelings for me but wants to be friends. is there a change of me getting back with her i like her tooo much. i asked her today saying "hun why wont you get back with me ? is it cos u found another guy, or is it cos of all the arguments or is it cos u dont like or fancy me anymore??? or is it cos u used me as a rebound after ur long relationship from ur ex ?" she replied saying
"no u wasnt the rebound at all, ive told u dat 4 now i dont feel i can give u anyfin more than friends, n i dnt know why it is just how i feel"
what do i do ? what does the text mean ?? do u fink i have a chance and what you reckon i should reply to that text ?

i know how you feel. my ex keeps texting asking to be mates n meet up for a drink. She is undecisive
there are lots of outcomes that could happen
1) she realises what a great perosn u are and come running back
2) mean what she says and be mates then maybe if you try and be mates and see what the future holds then maybe it will work out
Just give it a week text her once and say look i know ive been a jerk ( even if you haveny , girls like that lol ) and tell her how much you care about her and thta you dont want to let a good thing like that go.
if she says no still then sorry sweetie, maybe she isnt the perfect one for you

You need to respect her and give her space, this is not going to be fixed overnight.

She isnt ready to commit to anyone and she has messed you around for 6 weeks by finding out herself that she cant commit yet

It sounds like she has realized that she isn't ready to jump in to another realtionship just yet. I would give her some time and just let her know how much you care and that your always there for her no matter what. In time, she will come around and realize how much you do care. Good Luck

Give her space and don't pester her. If she really is interested she will come back to you. Could be she still has feelings for the EX or could be she has feelings for someone else.

Whats not to understand? She just wants to be friends so you need to repect that,if you really want her back then give her the space shes needs, if its meant to be she will come back to you if its not then you will have to let her go.
