As in, decide they want a day, then change it to a different month (like 8 months later) and back and forth constantly? :( :-s

Not my fiance. We have set May 20 of this year and have all the proper preparation started. Perhaps your fiance is trying to accommodate others or else is just looking for a perfect date. It may be necessary for you to put your foot down and say we settled on this date and that is that. Best of luck.

Thats not going to work. How are you guys going to book your faciliites and order the cake and flowers, etc.? Constantly changing the date of the wedding is just bringing on a boatload of problems. Why dont you guys just pick the date that is the farthest away and stick to it. That way you have more time to think things through before you take the plunge. Waiting longer couldn't hurt, but rushing things before both of you are ready is definitely asking for problems.

Sounds like you need to sit them down and pick a date and stick to it. It may help also to put down some deposits. i have found out in my planning that refunds are not given 6 months prior to the event date.

Good luck to you.

That's a big red flag. Get a date and stick to it.

No to me that sounds insane, just pick a date and go with it.

Sounds like a person who doesn't quite know if they want to get married (and may not be mature enough to do so)
