1. Wash your hair with warm water.
2. Apply conditioner, rinse it out with warm water.
3. Finally, rinse hair with cold water. (This gives makes your hair shiny)
Conditioner helps to keep your hair soft and helps reduce knots and tangles. You do not have to use conditioner. It just makes your hair feel better to the touch.

I'd say use warm water first and then rinse with cold water to make your hair shiny. Conditioner gives hair more moisture. I don't think that anything happens if you don't use conditioner unless your hair is naturally really dry.

wash your hair with warm water. the warm water and shampoo will help to remove build up on your hair and scalp. rinse with warm water and squeeze water out of your hair as much as possible so that when you put on conditioner it will not dilute. then put on the conditioner just towards the ends. after conditioning rinse the ends with cool-cold water. this will help to close the hair shaft and seal in some conditioner. sealing the shaft will cause the hair to be shinier because the shaft will not be open it will be smoothed closed

well the answer is like kinda mixed up. wash your hair with warm water so all the dirt comes of easily. then in the end wash your hair with cold water, that way it becomes shiny and more importantly strong. the conditioner basically makes your hair soft so it doesnt form too many knots. well about the uasge well ...that depends upon the type of hair you have, your diet and ofcourse the water you wash your hair with. generally i would advise you to use conditioners but avoid using them on the scalp.

use cold water. Warm/hot water can take out your hair's natural proteins and make it less shiny and more dry. Also I use biolage shampoo and conditioner, it is a little bit on the expensive side but it works really well!

Not using conditioner will dry your hair out, also it wont be as shiny or soft. Wash your hair first with warm water as you shampoo, then put conditioner in and wash it out with cold water! this will make it soft and shiny

I have always been told to wash an condition your hair in cool water especially if you get it colored. Hot water will make your color fade faster. Conditioner makes your hair softer and more manageable. Some people prefer not to condition their hair but it does make it healthy and it doesn't break off as much.

the best is probably cold. especially in the winter. Hot water scorches your hair and dries it out. I use Redkens Smooth Down butter treat conditioner and it really moisturizes my hair.

Warm water get dirt out easily, and cold water keeps it from getting greasy. I would say wash it twice, first with warm to get it clean, and second with cold.
