Since you are a fair tone and have green eyes liven things up by going a light blonde. Go the extra mile and color your hair a lighter blonde shade. What I recommend is that you use cool shades instead of warm shades because you are fair toned. I recommend using the Loreal Feria #91 Champange Cocktail Light Beige Blonde. After coloring use a leave in conditioner and you are good to go! Your hair will look fab and glam.

Chose a semi-permanent dye. This way it only lasts for either 6 ot 28 washes depending on the brand etc.
Then if you like it, you dye it permanently, in which case it'll only come out when it grows.
And if you don't like it, just use an intensive cleaning shampoo a few times and it's back to your natural colour and you can try again.
Plus semi-permanent dyes don't have peroxide in them like permanent ones, so they just colour the hair, instead of dying them. which means no harm to your hair.

i have green eyes and fair skin too..i liked my hair red but my mom hated it
but i wouldn't say blonde because it is way too drastic..
you would have to go to light brown to and and slowly go to the blonde shade you want.
so i would do a light golden brown

Light brown, but why dye it, that is a beautiful hair colour!! And if you change your mind it will be hard to get the same colour back again

try a copper color, or somthing w/ a little hint of red because i think pale red heads are sosososo pretty, plus u have the green eyes working w/ you
