I have lumpson my feet and they hurt to walk,anybody know what it can be?

it hurts when I rub them I can feel them and they suddenly came out, their in my upper foot not heel but top area.

It's possible that what you are feeling is inflammation of the joint in the foot. It will often manifest as a lump. It's Very frightening the first time this happens. You can try soaking your feet in warm water for twenty minutes, several times a day, to see if this helps. I would suggest you see a foot specialist as soon as possible. You may need anti inflammatory medication.
