I always get bitten by mosquitoes and I totally understand your situation, because I thought vitamins would work but they didn't!

What worked for me is to wear loose clothes that cover your entire body in the evening, and if any skin is exposed, buy some bug repellent spray from Superdrug/Wilko's and take it with you.

When you go to bed at night, keep a thin linen bedsheet over you - this will keep you cool and no mosquitoes can get to you. If you end up waking up with a huge red bite on you, then use Germolene - it works wonders, I tell you!

For the long-term, I discovered that mosquitoes are attracted to people with the most sugar in their bloodstream, so try to cut down on sugar overtime and it will benefit you later on.
Hope this helps.

I had heard that B12 makes you unpalatable, but then I heard that was an like the "skin-so-soft repellent" story- untrue.

Mosquitoes are attracted to CO2 and your body heat, and nothing besides repellents with DEET will help.

Vitamins don't help. Try NOT wearing perfume....that attracts bugs like mosquitoes and no see ums. You got to wear Deet. While you do not need to put it on the skin, the clothing closest to the skin(collars and cuffs) will keep most of them back
