You should be dialing 911 or driving your friend to the nearest hospital. I hope and pray you are not surfing the Internet for answers and your friend just over dosed or you ling about this question if so you need help. use common sense.

He'll probably just get nauseated, and/or drowsy. Is he in pain? Depressed? Suicidal? Just trying to get a rise out of you? Lying? Trying to get high? Try to get him to tell his parents or other trusted adult what he did and why. You need an adult to help you with this, this could be serious, and you can't just take the advice of strangers who don't have details of what is going on. Get off of the computer and find someone to help you.

You need to call 911, and get him to the E. R. He needs to get help. He mixed two pain pills which is a mistake.

Well, the truth is that naproxen and ibuprofen in those amounts are probably not going to hurt him. He might get a stomachache if he is sensitive, and whatever physical pain he's in will probably go away. That's about it.

He should start feeling sick and possibly puking. These pills won't give you a "wasted" feeling, so I have no clue why he would take more than recommended? Depending on his age/size, it's possible he will need to get his stomach pumped.
