I got a new parakeet on Tuesday and I still haven't named it. I believe it's a boy because the cere is a blueish color. He is only 3-4 months old so I can't be sure. I don't know what to name him..could someone help me with that? Here is a link to his photo:

i like "luna", means moon in spanish or "niji" which means rainbow in japanese, by the way, she is gorgeous.

Hello. I am on my BFs computer, and he asked me to answer this question for him, because he knows I love parakeets and budgies. First off all, I think it is a girl, and I think a cute name would be Stella or Sybil, but if you are right that he is a boy, how about Stanley. I love that name for a parakeet. I had a parakeet named Stanley.
BTW the reason I think it will turn out to be a girl is that when they are young they have a bluish white color nose. If it was a boy, it would be a purple nose.
