Okay, so here's the deal. I met this girl at work. Since I worked with her, I was not very happy about starting anything since I'm not big on starting work relationships. Anyhow, I asked her to come with me to a couple of after work social drinks that a bunch of us do every once in a while. The entire time, she spent just with me, wouldn't really talk to others. Anyhow, to get the point, after the second time we all went out, I decided to find out if she was single. It turned out she ways, but the blow "I want to stay single for the time being. don't know where I am in my life, not sure what I want, etc." Since I work with her, I backed off immediately and left it at that. Recently, a bunch of us at work went out again to a lounge. She came along and thhe entire night, she ended up dancing with me, holding my hands. I dropped her home but didn't do anything since she had already told me that she wasn't interested in anything..but I have no clue now..thoughts???

You may want to be very careful with this situation. Look at the whole situation before you leap because if things don't work out with you and this co-worker life can be really hard for you because you will still see this person and have to deal with her. First I would take it slow and just hang out with her and become her friend and let things progress naturally. It may take a little longer than you want but it may be worth the wait. I say just start slow and be friends because she has already told you she wants to be single so don't force yourself on her. Take it easy and let her notice you and all your charm believe me, if its something she wants she will let you know.
