Well I hope you are using some form of birth control because it doesn't matter if he pulls out or not you can still get pregnant.
Guys are into the power and sex thing. By blasting his load inside he feels that he has control over you. It's the same reason most guys enjoy shooting in your mouth on your face.

Because he's a jerk, who doesn't care if you get pregnant. Also, be advised that even if he does pull out, some sperm leak out before he "busts", and you may still get pregnant.

Well my guess because it feel so much better to release himself inside you. However does he stop to think he could get you pregnant? As for making a mess yes that's true but its not like he can't take a shower. Have you talked to him about this/ Tell him how you feel.

Hopefully he is using a jimmy hat, but yes its better to unload on the inside than the outside. Unless of course your willing to swallow.
