does anyone know where i can find a good video of a chiropractic neck and/or back adjustment?

I've enclosed some links for videos of chiropractic treatment. I find the best chiropractic treatment is the activator method. This is the least invasive and far more affective than the normal pop and crack method.

What type of adjustment do you want to see? Do you want to see a supine rotational adjustment, a prone/Thompson drop, how about a seated cervical? All of those are general adjustment techniques for the neck. Then again there are TONS of different types of adjustments when you get to the thoracic (upper back), lumbar spine (low back), or sacral adjustment.
BTW there are over 100 recgonized techniques and most will have a different way to adjust each segment of the spine. You may want to narrow down what you are looking for.
