Why do you need a boy friend? That seems to be an odd statement to me. What are you expecting having a boyfriend to bring to you? Are the things that you come up with things that you can achieve on your own?
While I know that having a companion and love in your life are very healthy and enjoyable experiences, don't expect someone else to make your life happy or make you feel loved. That comes from within.

Honestly... you don't need a boyfriend... they are NOT the best things in the world. Focus on school! Get that education, and you'll go far! You won't have to worry about anything. Remember that!!!!

you sound desperate, you really dont need a boyfriend in order to be happy, there is nothing wrong with being alone so that you can work on yourself and your issues with loneliness, happiness starts within you, not by being in a short relationship with a guy who you think will bring you happiness for a short period of time...
