What does it mean on my tax return reject form "the follwoing fields must be significant"?

It is in response to an efile and says it's a mistake on the w2 form.

You can call the Internal Revenue Service with the error #. it may be that you input a number incorrectly, double check the employers ID# that is usually the biggest problem, You may want to call the employer to verify that the ID# is correct.
