I have no idea what is wrong with me. My head hurts and I think have a sore throat. I felt like i was suffocating all of yesterday, even though I could sorta breathe. I've took sudafed, tylonel, asprin, chest cingestion relief pills, throat spray, sore throat pills & much more. Do you think I have a cold? What can these be symptoms of?!

You could have Strep throat . That's nothing to mess around with. Go to an urgent care center today or as soon as possible.

If left untreated, strep eventually goes into Rheumatic fever...which causes permanent damage to your heart.
Usually you want to start antibiotics before your 5th day of strep to be on the safe side.
24 hours after you start taking your antibiotic, throw away your toothbrush. The old one can reinfect you.

That's really nothing to worry about, I've had it as well. It is probably a minor virus or something, very closely related to a cold. You could probably get a doctor to diagnose you with something specific, but I doubt that it is really serious. I suggest carrying a bottle of water with you at all times and drinking it when needed. also, chewing gum or eating cough drops (pretty much eating something small) helps as well to avoid that suffocation feeling.

I used to have a suffocating feeling, too, but that was because I had a respiratory infection. I'd see your doctor if you wanted to really check it out.

As for the coughing making your head hurt wose, I'd say that it's because of the strain that you're putting on your head when you're trying to get that coughing feeling out of you. It happens to me, too.
