Can you break out more, the more you clean your face?

I clean every nice and a lot more than usual people do can i break out more this way? i tend to get a lot of white heads idk how to get rid of them nor do i kno why im getting them is it becasue i clean my face too much and with products?

Too much cleansing can cause irritation and make it worse. Three times a day with good cleansers and toners work great.

You can break out if you clean your face too often, so lay it off a little.

To get rid of whiteheads, use some pore strips (You wet the skin or the strip and put the strip on then leave it to dry and peel it off after however long the packet says. Read the instructions, though..), or Neutrogena Visibly Clear Daily CLeansing Cushions.

Once a day is more than frequent enough to wash your face.

If you're a girl, I'd suggest avoiding the use of foundation.

Whiteheads are caused by pores getting blocked (I think).

Sometimes you just inherit them from ur parents. Or u start your period early and Everyone else hasn't started. Some people get more some get lease. Just dont sqush them that makes it worse. Make sure ur cleaning stuff is clean.

You are cleaning from outide and the white heads are coming from the inside. So they are not related. Your diet is. Cut out potatoe chips, fries, other greasy foods...as those pus balls are oily....so where is the oil coming from?????food.
