be patient and dont rush things. he'll come to you when he's ready. if he really likes you that much, he'll eventually ask you out. if you rush things, it could make it worse. believe me, i have experience in this kind of stuff.
im sorry if its taking a long time, but some guys dont know how to ask girls personal questions like that. maybe if in a while, he still hasnt asked you out, but you know he's ready, ask him out.
