Sadly, he's unavailable. Is it wrong to have a fantasy about him while I'm getting a massage?

All relationships are built on fantasy. Some good and some bad. The bad kind of fantasy involves things like trying to be with someone that is not available (luckily, you're aware of this and are doesn't sound like you're in denial). There are also fantasies of trying to make someone they're not in order for them to be who you wan them to be.
The good kind of fantasy are the kinds of things that make you miss your partner more, think about him/her, and make you want to be around them be a better persona and work at your relationship.

If you are currently involved with someone and the fantasies about your therapist are more frequent than those of your partner you should strongly consider getting a therapist maybe one of a different sex so you're not tempted.

It's hard to not have some kind of thoughts when a person is rubbing their hands all over you--it's relaxing and kind of romantic. But only you know how healthy it is for you. If you know without a doubt that you and this person will never have any other kind of relationship then it shouldn't be an issue. Licensed Massage Therapist are trained to be 100% professional. They have a very personal profession because they are touching people very intimately. The therapist should not be doing anything that is not 100% related to helping your muslces.

If all you're doing is having some daydreams about this person and it's not affecting any "real" relationship you're having then don't worry about it. We're human we can't help but to be attracted to certian individuals.

i've been there many times!!!! it happens because he makes you feel so good you start wondering how else he could make you feel good. even if he was available, he wouldn't go for it and risk losing his license. but it's not wrong to fantasize, just don't try to take it to the next level and enjoy your massage.

It's probably a two way mutuality, when two people are so close there is a natural chemical interchange against which we have no defence, unless we are wearing latex gloves, wet suit and breathing apparatus!
