Me and my wife want to move to Oz, and we have family out there living in perth who are willing to sponser us and also can guarentee me a job. Even though we have all the above it seems so difficult to be able to get into the country. Does anyone know the best way to get in??????????

Have family in Australia will help however you still need to satisfy other requirements:

Skill - you will need to be qualified in a trade / profession
Age - You will need to be under 45 years of age
Work experience - You will need to show that you have recent work experience in a trade / profession

Seek some professional advice from a registered migration agent - most agents will provide a free initial assessment over the phone.

My cousin has just gone back to Oz after being here for 6 weeks.

Apparently now you have to open your own business and employ so many people (I think he said 5) they have to be Australian.

You have to prove you have enough money to live on for a year (if things go wrong) and also your fare home.

Believe it or not the easiest way to get in is to go and live in NZ for a year and you can get in easily he says.

You seem to have all the qualifications to apply for eventually citizenship.

Contact your local Embassy-They will steer you in the right way.
My brother started on a work visa and then recently got married to an Assie.

Invest $250,000 in a business and employ at least 5 Australians.

Have you even gone through the proper channels, i.e., the Australian Embassy, and asked for the requirements for Australian residency? An application for Australian permanent residency would be a start for one.

Either download the forms from http://www.immi.gov.au and apply that way, or contact a licensed migration agent such as http://www.4-corners.com/ or https://www.migrationexpert.com/content/immigration_australia.asp and get them to guide you through the process. Good luck!
