for rscanner: I haven't been able to pinpoint it yet, I just know about where it should be. Your answer is consdierably farther than 390 feet from point A.

I don't understand your notation. Is it degrees, minutes and seconds or decimal degrees.
If deg, min, sec, then notate like 75* 35' 14".
