Sounds like a stomach virus or you ate something bad. Go to your doctor.

I have two little boys, they don't get sick at same time as depend on what virus hit them stimulately or not All of us in the same family do carry same DNA , but not always the same in virus cells , depend on the immune systems there it is. I think the best thing you do is to give you a piece of mind to take yourself to doctor and ask the doctor the same question as you ask us. Sometimes the doctor won't explain over the phone until see you in the person to figure out how it occurs and discuss this with you with the underlying problem. The second person who answer you is right since it is a flu season- a peak time. So it may be part of it. -

Its flu season. Don't count everyone else out quite yet they may get sick too, or not. This just happens in families. A couple will get sick while others wont or others will have a milder version. Some people have already been exposed to the virus and started to build up antibodies to it and just don't get it.
