DRINK "WATER"!

It's very simple. You use up more water in your body during the day, then at night your body catches up to what it has lost. This is normal; I do the same thing. If you are concerned about it, force yourself to drink more water during the day, and you won't be as thirsty at night.

Well, are we talking drinking water or liquor? but for either, at night our body has taken the toll of the day and we get dehydrated. I for one, always have a diet soda in my hand, even by my bed and not diabetic. and also, am prone to drinking in the even liquor, because, I feel more lonely when darkness sets in. so it really depends on if it's just water drinking or the hard stuff.
