yes get checked out by a doctor. If you wear glasses it could be that the prescription is either too strong or weak.

It could be a number of things. I had headaches for 4 years, every single day. I went to every kind of doctor to try and figure things out. Get you eyes checked, see a neurologist, have MRI's CT scans done, ect. You know what finally cured my headaches? A chiropractor. I never believed in them, until I stopped having headaches.

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse and to be able to answer that we need more information such as:
how often do you get them, where abouts on the head, do you get them after or during reading, are you sick or dizzy, do you sweat with them, do you get flashing light etc

I believe that dehydration can cause headaches so try drinking a litre of water every so often and take magnesium tablets as magnesium also helps

Try drinking more water. You may be dehydrated and headaches can be a result of this. Best to see the doctor though...

because your stressed about something or you could have something wrong with you i would see a doctor just to be safe because it might be a symptom of something like ms wich is multiple scyhroius
