Develop better coping mechanisms. Figure out what your "trigger situations" are and learn how to deal with them.

Maybe by taking a short walk, breathing exercises, cross your toes 50 times... Something to release the stress constructively.

Sounds like an anxiety issue. Go to your doctor and rule out anything medical, then go from there.

one thing that you can do is to place yourself in a positive enviornment. surround yourself with good people, and think about lovely things.
i know this sounds hokey....but it really will help you.

also...practice relaxation techniques. try yoga :)
