The death of the puppies was most likely due to the anesthesia, it makes them drowsy. and sometimes can have a weird effect on them like a dream state or on drugs they are out of it.We dont leave out puppies down with our females ever without being right nextto them . the mom could lay on them or anything that could cause the loss of a puppy. All of our females have puppies via c-section as they are English Bulldogs and that is the safest thing to do for both the mother and pups. crate her, and stay with her while the puppies nurse untill they are 2-3 weeks old.She is in pain from surgery and also mourning the loss of her babies. jsu love her and spend time wih her. No I/We are not a puppymill, backyard breeders or any of that crap

If she is nursing the two pups that are left, she will soon overcome her grief. If she isn't staying with them, and you are handraising them, it may take her up to 3 weeks to get over her trauma.
There isn't much you can do...
You can give her chamomile tea in her food (soft food) to help give her a sense of wellbeing and relax her if she ispacing or nervous.
Just dump the dry tea out of the bag, and add to a little canned food or canned meat...One teaspoon for a small dog, up to a tablespoon for a large dog...It is perfectly safe, and can be fed as needed.. You will find chamomile at any grocer's, with the other teas.

you need to confine her to a small area away from where the puppie were. get her a big crate or a welping box. just make sure that she takes care of the puppies she has. you may have to sit with her to keep her quite. that is until she settles down with the 2 puppies that are left.. if she is not feed them then you need to feed them with a baby bottle and goats milk. just give her a chance.

She will be fine, change her whelping place. She will soon devote her time to the remaining pups. Watch her with them carefully for the next few days

As another person said, get that dog spayed so she never has to deal with this again. Just give her some time, and I'm sure she'll deal with it on her own.
