With the wrong end of a teaspoon. I actually prefer mini ones now they've come out, the big ones seem to have too much chocolate

I bite off the tip of the egg, ever so gently, let the chocolate melt on my tongue...then i swallow. I then probe in the hole delicately with my tongue, drawing some of the filling into my mouth and letting its sweetness flood my tongue. I then proceed to suck the filling out gently, licking at the chocolate simultaneously, so the two tastes intemingle on my tongue. By the time I finish, it's a sloppy mess, and only a little bit of the chocolate remains, so i take that into my mouth, on the back of my tongue, and work it around in my mouth until it melts.
mmm i want one now.

I think they're too sweet to eat (why not just grab the sugar bowl?), but my husband LOVES them. He eats one end, then sucks out part of the middle, then a bit more chocolate, more filling, until he's done. Or he leaves a half-finished egg on the coffee table for me to gross out over. They look too much like real eggs inside!

Bite top off, let most of the cream drip out, eat half of the chocolate, throw the mess away, wash hands.

This is a cute question!
I bit it in half, lick out the creamy center, then eat the rest. This is providing that the foil wrapper has come off cleanly...sometimes it gets stuck to the egg.

I bite the top off then scoup out all the yummy inside with my tongue and finish the empty shell in one go.
Gutted actually - I moved to Switzerland a year ago and you can't get them here - I had forgotten about them until I read your question!
