At her age various of ladies have somewhat more desirable weight. I genuinely did. when I were given to about 17 the burden began dropping off on it is own. Her body is going by ability of many differences immediately. one hundred thirty pounds isn't overweight for her age besides for the similar old top lady of 14. She sounds quite popular and healthy. you go with honesty so that you receives it. She is popular! Why on earth are you so in touch about her weight besides? it is totally judgmental of you. i wish you do not provide her a complicated time about this with the aid of the indisputable fact which will only reason her to sense undesirable about herself. She's at a weak age and desires to sense loved and secure. even if you've been to inform her that she's "only a tad" overweight or she "desires to shed weight for her wellbeing" (a worry-free statement to youthful women) that ought to extremely commence a spiral into an eating ailment which will both reason her to lose more desirable weight or positioned on various of weight (binge eating). you go with to be in touch with loving her the way she is. those who sense good about themselves in many cases take good care of themselves and their our bodies.

You are ever so slightly over, on my scale.
I've noticed that after 2 pounds per inch of height you get to looking big. Just divide your weight by your height. For you 130 divided by 62 equals 2.096 lbs./in.. Unless you are athletic. Muscle is heavier than fat.
Lay off the snacks, don't eat three hours before bed.

I would say that it is a healthy weight and it would be better if you lost a little weight. But it is up to you. I am 5'5' and only weigh 108lbs but that is because I watch what I eat. You make the final decision.

type it into this BMI calculator - your height and weight. it will tell you if your height-to-weight ratio is good for your age and body type and compared to the rest of the population. if you are normal weight or slightly underweight, you're great! try it - it's what doctors calculate every time you get your checkup.

Hi, I'd check the standard weight tables.
My guess, you are probably a bit over weight but don't trust me on that. Go for medical info.
