Last night I went out with work colleagues and met the boyfriend of one of my colleagues. As I walked into the bar he already knew my name as he introduced himself.
Towards the end of the night, he spoke to me, saying:I'm his idol, he admires me a lot and that he hopes that his girlfriend won't dump him to be with me!!!
She is now ignoring me---WHY???I didnt say anything rude to her or her boyfriend..........
What could she have possibly told her boyfriend about me for him to say those things to me???
Could she secretly fancy me???
This was the 1st time i met him+I'm a bloke......

Are they swingers? Maybe she is embarrassed because she thinks her boyfriend ratted out her crush. I'd give it sometime. Treat her like normal whenever you are around her and the akwardness should die down.

It's possible that this guy's girlfriend has a tiny crush on you, and he's got the wrong end of the stick, and she's embarrassed about it.
Crushes like this are innocent, she never had any plans to act it, otherwise she would never have mentioned you to her boyfriend ... and judging by his insecurity and lack of discretion, she would have been better off NOT mentioning it to him.
I would advise being discreet yourself and not even mentioning it to her, and she'll appreciate that.

this may seem weird but its ok for work mates to grab one anothers **** as a joke in work. blokes are big kids after all. her b/f was just pissin about but she is now ignoring you because he likes you as a mate, her thunder is being taken away by you for being you and her b/f has seen just how good a bloke you are as a mate. shes jealous thats all it is!.
