Depends on the Retailer. Some are cheaper when you choose to Download and they save on the CD expense. But, sometimes you may find the software local like Bast Buy, Circuit City, and it cheaper than Downloading or a CD on-line. Also, with the CD you do have a Backup and not have to Download again on-line should there be trouble with the software. You just have to weigh the pros and cons and, also, include shipping cost in a final price along with local tax to really know the good deal.
