The best way to lose weight is to change your eating habits. You need to limit your intake and eat less. Eat smaller amounts. You need to tell yourself you are full. I lost 74lbs by doing this and eating the same foods I eat all the time (take out pizza, chinese, kfc,Mcdonalds and any other food i like chips) in 5 months, I was unable to excercise to do an accident but I am now up and motivated and plan on losing more weight and really getting in shape and feeling better.

I just started a new program this past Wednesday. Have you heard of the pill "Fahrenheit"??? That's what I've been taking. And, I just weighed myself today and measured my bust, waist, hips, thigh, calf and arm, and so far (within 2 days) I've lost 4 inches! I feel great. Last time I weighed myself was on Wednesday when I started it and I weighed 145 pounds. I don't have a scale right now, so I don't know how much weight I have lost. The people and Modulators will help you with ANY questions and all that you have. I want to be down to around 115-120 pounds by the end of April, so hopefully I will get there.
