look, if what you are asking if someone can let you have it for free, probably many could but is not going to be a good thing, because when you install it, you have to enter the key code, once it's been installed, it gives you 30 days to register, if it's been already registered, it loks you out. There use to be a utility that will generate a key code that heve not been used, but soon enough, microsoft came with the "genuine advantage" crap, so again, it does not do much good. Just buy an upgrado version of the Home edition, it's about $100, or check e-bay.

Dude, Xp IS Windows. Are you asking how to installit? That's easy. Pop the disk in and boot up. You cannot download it, like Linux.

get it on ebay.. make sure it has not already been installed on another machine ( or at least never registered) and new in box from someone with good feedback...
