I don't think so. Dreams are for the most part all made up within the brain. If my dreams meant something, I should be flying through the air in a neon-colored world living in peace with aliens and living forever.

Hello Nikolas. Your moms mind is working over time. Something she has done in the past is bothering her and she must make peace with it. Really this is not a bad thing. She should try to correct or forgive these people or actions. This does not mean she is going to move on to another plain. It means she needs to come up with some solution for her past actions she can live with. She is lucky to be able to do this. Many peoples lives are cut short and never get the chance to make things right.

Is something bothering her lately? No, this does not mean she is dying. If she knows she is, then it could cause it, but evben extreme stress can cause these kinds of dreams sometimes. If there is something in her past that she is feeling guilty about, then this would be a very natural way for her to try to get over it. If it lasts too long, or if it's bothering you or her a lot, then you should have her consult a doctor.

Your mom more than likely is having second thoughts about something that is going on in her life now, or regretful of something that happened in her past. Dreams tell you things...I learned the hard way by being in a coma that now I can go to bed with a question, something happening in my life I don't know what to do, and I can find answers...and no, not crazy..even have told a counselor about it, and they said that it's hard to tap into your dreams like that, but, everyone has the ability to do it...and I am one of the lucky ones...but, dreams are always about something we are facing in the now, so is she at peace in her life or is something deeper going on...maybe if I had more to go on I could tell you more, but, I think really she is trying to make peace with something that happening now, in her life, and maybe also add a little regret to her past life, everyone has dreams, and questions, but, dreams are a sign of something usually more into what's happening now...but, can also be something from the past...so, tell her or ask her or find out if something is bothering her...maybe you are leaving for college or something...has something happened recently, any deaths, any abandonment...just watch and find out what's going on in her life now, even if she doesn't realize what you are doing...and you will probably understand why she is having them...but, it's normal.

I not think she is dying. She many be going through a mid-life crisis that many go through around this age, also, do not rule out menopause. During these times a person may evaluate there life and may even feel it over now as they hit the big 40 mark. This may cause a feeling that death lurks in the future. Before we not think as much about death. She may then think about what good and bad she has done and feel some guilt as she is depressed. Maybe try to get her out of the house to try some new and exciting things. This help kick start that "More to Life" feeling and she start looking to the future as more things left to do instead of it already over now.
