It's ancient Rumanian, isn't an invented language,neither it's Latin, but it's very similar.But I couldn't find the formal translation for any side, it is a song of Vangelis: 1492 conquers of the paradise, for the little that I know about the language it's:

In noreni per ipe - in the night afoot
In noreni cora - in the night found
Tira mine per ito-many mines thereabouts.
Ne nomina - for them they dominated
