I'm sure that it CAN be done, but i don't think it would be healthy at all!
You'd have to drastically alter your eating/exercise habits to lose so much weight so fast, by the end of the two weeks you'd probably be tired and hungry and gain it all back.
You probably want to lose weight for a special event or something, but don't starve/injure yourself. Smaller, long term changes would definately be better! If you don't exercise, start walking, try to eat a fruit/veggie at every meal, if you walk, start biking, etc.

Any method that would allow you to lose weight that quickly would put your body into starvation mode. What that means is as soon as you start eating normally again, your body is going to pack weight back on trying to replace the stored energy (fat) that you lost. It will probably end up storing more than the 30 pounds you originally wanted to lose because it will be anticipating another "starvation". Just eat healthy and lose what will come off with eating healthy, and increase your exercise and water intake. Don't overdo the water as that is just as bad as not enough. You'll lose some weight, but not 30 lbs, but you won't gain it back easily.

No way. Not without incurring some health issues with that one. Give yourself at least two months. It's not worth risking your health to lose that fast. Your body needs its vitamins and minerals. Do not try. Do a nice sensible diet with exercise and a healthy rate of losing weight is 1-2lbs. per week. Good luck!

try losing 3 pounds a week for 10 weeks

It would be really hard to loose that much in that little time. Their was an article in US Today about CLA, a diet supplement that is really suppose to work. Check out this site for it and other all natural diet supplements.
