She's 103 but she still has a few of her marbles... she speaks (and intermixes) English, some French, Armenian, Turkish and possibly snips of some other languages. My best guess is 'Joyous'. If you have a non-speculatory answer, my family would really, really appreciate it.

If it's Armenian, the nearest I can get is 'vochinch' which means 'not bad'. Does she say it when you ask her how she is? If so, she may be saying, 'Not bad, hallelujah!'

I had a great aunt who was Armenian - she lived to be 106! Talk about language ability ~ French, Armenian, Turkish, Bulgarian, English plus more than a smattering of a few others. . .Amazing lady.

Try to find out what language it is then I can possibly help more.
