What red white and blue blooded American has never made the following dinner? No one. That's who. There's nothing that says America so much as tuna noodle casserole (at least, in the midwest states). This dish is easy and delicious, and there are a lot of versions out there, but I think the recipe below is pretty standard.
Tuna Noodle Casserole:
1 can tuna (7 1/2 oz)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can green peas
3 cups noodles, cooked
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
Flake tuna in casserole dish. Add soup to tuna. Add noodles, salt, and peas. Stir all together.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees

Chicken & Biscuits! Take a 1 lb pkg of boneless, skinless chicken breasts and add about 2 cups of water and 4 chicken bouillon cubes. Cook in a crock pot for about 5-6 hours until the chicken can be easily tore apart - like strips or stringy. Then pour that into a dutch oven pan and cook on top of the stove on high and add a roux. I make my roux from about 2 tablespoons of flour mixed with 1 1/2 cups of water, salt and pepper. When the chicken is boiling, add the roux and stir. Mix it all in. If the mixture is too thick, add some water. If too thin, add more roux.
I also have put in raw baby carrots in the crock pot with the chicken then add peas when I add the roux. Another great option is to add a can of cream of chicken soup to the crock pot and cook with the chicken.
Make some mashed potatoes and biscuits and you're all set!

chicken cutlets- put an egg and some milk in a bowl and whip it until it looks like ur about to make scrambled eggs. Then once thats done take some chicken tenderloins and dip them in the egg mixture. After that roll the tenderloins with the egg mixture on them in some bread crumbs and fry them for about 5 or 6 minutes on each side. It goes good with some egg noodles too.
