My eyes are greenish-hazelish. &I got highlights in the summer of '06. Heres me:
(on the left)

what color highlights (or lowlights) would really bring out my eyes?

Fine, carmel-colored highlights are probly gonna look good. They will bring out the hazel in your eyes and really make your hair shimmer in the light. As for lowlights, I don't about those since your hair is already pretty dark.
Just don't do anything too drastic cuz ull probly regret it.

Go a couple shades lighter than your hair color now. It will look natural and bring out your eyes.

you have beautiful eyes like me . people who may dirty blondish,brownish hair and pretty eyes need to stand out . get some suttle blonde highlights and ull stand out perfectly.

go with tan shades of highlights, and wear swoopneck dresses, they are gorgeous with highlights.
