I would spend time with my children and their families, tell everyone I love that I love them. If it didn't happen... then it's party time!

How can it be a *guarantee* if it doesn't happen? To listen to rumors is folly.
Aside from that, I wouldn't do much different than what I do now. Maybe pull my son out of school and ask my husband to play hookie from work for a week so we can spend a little more time together, but nothing that will cause problems that cannot be undone.
But if EVERYONE received the same information, and mass anarchy took over, as I'm sure it would, I would pack up all available food, get jugs of water, pack up the kids, and we would move down to my FIL's house. He lives on eight acres of woodland so we'd have a buffer against the chaos. I would then wait for my Father to arrive. Then, if He doesn't, I would return to my home (if it's still intact) and try to recover. If that's an impossibility, I would stay at my FIL's house. If the end of the world didn't come as promised, the world will destroy itself shortly after. Blessings

Not much of a guarantee then is it? It's wiser to live each moment with the understanding that we are all impermanent and could die at any moment, and work on cultivating altruism, knowledge and wisdom ever moment of every day and strive to do no harm. That's what I'd say is the best thing to do all the time, whether the world's going to end or not.
Even the Blessed Mother said in an "apparition", after allegedly showing her visionaries frightening things that were to come and heaven and hell and such... (paraphrased) don't worry about and reflect on those things and get riled up about it, but work each day to be a better person, etc. Sounds logical to me...

Wow, umm, well (to me anyway) I would need to know why, I mean are we talking a nuclear war, is a giant comet heading our way, has God appeared and given us this time line...WHAT?
But with the info you've given me, I guess I would do a lot of the things I've always wanted, to include telling all those whom I really care for how much they really mean to me, including all those (like my father) that I have a tough time telling that to. Then I would head to the most special place I could get to (within 5 days of course) with all I needed, as many friends & family I could get to accompany me, obtain an incredible sized bag of weed and just smoke, laugh and appreciate our final moments on earth. If it didnt happen, I would have some great stories to tell.... and it would just be a wonderful time. Great question, thanks!

I would phone the beer store, and ask if they were planning to stay open until end of the world eve, and go from there. If the world didn't end, I'd spend a few days being hung over.

I would live my life as I normally would. This is because should the world not end in that timespan, I wouldn't have sold all of my belongings and screwed myself over.

I would enjoy movies, dinners at good restaurants with friends, maybe go to church and pray some. After 5 days, I would find my written guarantee and sue.

We should each day as if it were our last, because it very well could be! Jesus Christ could return today and bring to an end this age, or we could be called though death to stand before Christ in eternity. Me? I would spend every waking moment proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Since I don't know if I will be 5 days from now, please allow me 2 minutes to share the Gospel with you.
We can never be saved because of what we do; we can only be saved because of what Jesus Christ has already done for us. Let me explain.
Our greatest problem can be put in one word: sin. Sin cuts us off from God, and sin also keeps us out of heaven. But how can we get rid of our sins? We can't erase them or cause them to disappear by ourselves; we don't have the power. The only way we can get rid of our sins is for someone to come along and take them away for us.
And that is exactly what Jesus Christ did for us. We are weighed down by the burden of our sins—but Jesus took that burden upon Himself when He died on the cross for us. To put it another way, He took the punishment we deserve when He went to the cross in our place. The Bible says, "For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God" (1 Peter 3:18).
What must you do? Simply believe that Christ has taken away your sins, and then receive Him into your heart and life. The Bible's promise is for you: "To all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God" (John 1:12). Become God's child today by asking Christ to come into your life.
