i left a case of cambell soup in my car over night now its froze solid will it still be good after it thaws out.-10 below

-10C or F? (-10C would not be cold enough to freeze it solid over night - the salt content would keep that from happening)

if they really froze SOLID the liquid expanded and would have changed the shape of the cans and likely breaking the seal that keeps the food safe

Some soups can stand being frozen OK without noticeable loss of quality - others do not fare so we. As you do not say which type of soup it was I cannot comment on your particular case - but if the can itself is undamaged ( ie not leaking) then it is worth a try. BUT - if it tastes at all bad, or tainted, then it chuck it away. Good luck, and I hope you can enjoy.

.I would think it would be safe but rather unusual in appearance. Me, I'd pitch it! Lucky can didn't burst place in sink so you don't end up with soup all over.

It wont spoil..but the consistency might be off a bit. Wont know unless you try it.
