i hurt in the back of my lower leg and upper leg and the occasional pain in the front of the upper leg and toes, and inthe achellies tendon area.

This could be caused from overuse or if you stand for long periods of time. This places a great deal of strain on the muscles. If you can take a hot bath for twenty minutes that might help relieve the pain and relax the muscles. A deep tissue massage from a qualified therapist will offer enormous relief. You may need anti inflammatory medication. Check with your medical doctor and explain all of your symptoms. Also ask for a referral for a massage therapist. A chiropractor can often help with the symptoms as they could be coming from your back. I've enclosed a link to help you find a good chiropractor in your area.
