As long as the in-laws dont see a problem with it :) Then again, you really wouldnt have to worry about getting to know the in-laws...just cant fathom my father as my father in-law at the same time......how on earth would you introduce him....." hi this is my daddy/ daddy-inlaw......"

There is no blood relation so that's not and issue, but did you grow up with her. If so that might be a little creepy for both of your parents. If not then rock on. I had a friend fall in love and marry his step sister. They didn't grow up together and he missed ther wedding and never met her, theh he goes to college and meets this wonderful girl and they fall in love then she takes him to meet her mom and step dad and he recogzizes the path and figures it out about 5 blocks from the house. That was one awkward phone call I got but hilarious and cute. They've been married four years now and have two little ones.

Of course. If you are in love and the two of you are not related by blood, then why not? Think of it this way: if your step mom didn't just HAPPEN to marry your dad and you met this girl, you would still marry each other if you were in love. She's not your real sister. Go for it.

Legally yes you can. There is no blood relationship between you so does not pose any challenges. Bill Wyman of the Rolling Stones married a woman and his son married her daughter at a double ceremony a couple of years ago.

Depends on state marriage laws. In general yes you can marry but some states don't allow you to marry step-sisters while the marriage that made you family is still valid.

That makes it your Step Sister right? Well, you aren't blood related so its alright but by law, arent you called siblings? So, i'm not sure what the rules are on that. You'll have to look it up.

YES you can because you are not blood related. Family might be upset but you wasn't upset when the step family moved in.
