Wow I'm so overwhelmed right now. I'm pretty young so it's gonna sound dumb that this is bothering me, but I am really sad and confused. Well, I'm dating this guy, and it's been a couple weeks now. We've held hands, he's put his arm around me, and the other night we kissed (it was our first kiss for both of us). The kiss was extremely awkward (plus his breath smelled.. ewie!!) Last night, my friends and I were hanging out again and he was there of course. We were watching movies and he was basically holding me (and his breath smelled again!) He also says really sweet things to me, stands up for me (which for some reason bothers me), and wants to walk by me and sit real close to me. On his phone it says "I love Mel" (my nickname). One thing that bothers me is that he is smaller than me, but he hasn't really grown yet, and I'm able to look past this fact. But for some reason I'm very sad and confused. It's all so overwhelming.

Reading what I just wrote.. I realize I've got a great guy.. but I don't know what to do.. I feel like a need space. I'm just curious what would you do in this situation?

well if his breath smells then get tic-tacks andeat one and offer him one whenever his breath smells, or tell him that his breath smells. about the feelings maybe there is someone else that you like but dont want to admit it- that part you ned to figure out by yourself
