Lots of conditioner. And after you swim, always rinse and condition your hair to prevent more damage. You may want to get a trim and get rid of the hair ends, and make sure you always rinse and condition your hair after swimming. Or preferably wear a swim cap.

If they keep changing color and it looks bad just buy a permanent hair color system from a pharmacy and dye it black again or go to a salon and have it colored black but make sure whatever you use will not react with chlorine. Also you should buy a shampoo that protects against damage and a conditioner that removes chlorine after swimming

There is a revolutionary new shower filter coming out called iWater with ion technology, which supercharges your shower water with antioxidant ions and reduces up to 99.9% of chlorine!!! Its amazing! I read an article about it. I think iWater is coming out on Home Shopping Network in February and is gonna also be available at stores. Its supposed to be awesome for both your hair and skin..and is under $50!!

You need to go to a salon and ask for kerastase im not one hundred percent sure of the full name but if you tell your stylist your problem they'l know what its called. Then you need to have regular hair cuts every 6-8 weeks and you also need an intense treatment to use at home once a week

I'm not being ugly, but, get your hair trimmed and start using a swim cap. I can't believe it hasn't been demanded of you in all these years. It sounds like you compete and teams are required to use swim caps to protect two things: the pool and your hair.
