Next time, pay a body shop manager to look at it before you buy.
I can look at a car and tell you if its been wrecked and how badly in a few minutes.

Some wrecks may turn up on a CarFax report. Not all wrecks are reported to them or are listed in the public databases that they use however.
Any decent body shop can inspect a car and tell if it's ever been repaired in most cases.
Generally the only requirement in most states to inform a buyer if a vehicle has been in a wreck is if a salvage title was ever issued. Not all wrecks will have a salvage title though; that's only if the vehicle was written off by an insurance company for the most part.
If the dealership that sold you the car had actual knowledge of a wreak and if you asked about it they probably would have to answer you truthfully. For most folks, that would be considered a "material fact" that would influence the purchase decision or at least the amount of any offer they'd be willing to make. But if you don't ask, most states do not require the dealer to volunteer the information.

i own a repair shop, and the problem with car fax is most of the accidents never get turned in on most of the cars so there's no way of knowing what actually has happened to the car in the past, this makes a car fax reports basically use less to most buyers, and dealers always tell you it has a clean title, not so,the owner has to turn this in before it is ever put on record, most of the cars that get sold so really its buyer beware ,on most cars now days, and there are rules and regulations against this sort of thing, but who,s to say what happened to a vehicle at any point, without it being on record, there's no way to trace it,you may never know about this vehicle for sure, good luck i hope this help,s.

a carfax could help; but carfax only knows to tell you if it was reported to them. if it was crashed, but never reported, and it was fixed "under the table", so to speak, then its not known.thats not their(carfax's) fault. i can crash a car, fix it myself, and there is no report of it to tell. if you truly belive that the car has been crashed, then take it to a certified inspection station, or a certified technician, and get a complete and thorough inspection of any body or structure. even the best repairs leave evidence. if its proven you are correct, then bring it to their attention. then be prepared for a battle, of sorts they will try their best to blow you off, and do nothing. you better have a good plan in place, including legal advice, and maybe a local tv station that deals in consumer issues.once they see you mean business, and you have them by the a**, so to speak, then you will likely get some action. but, it aint gonna be easy. make sure you have all of your written statements and warranties, etc. in place. this will all help your case. remember.. you will have to prove wrong doing on their part to get action.

North of Idaho is the position people fall off the international into area. And for warren d. Amarillo is the only position interior the international you could stand in dirt as a lot as your knees and get dusty. My uncle continually swore he may be wearing a tee blouse and be comfortable in downtown Amarillo, and then walk around the nook to North Polk street and his footwear ought to freeze to the floor.
