Enlarged Nipples

Time to birth:
63 days

If you recently let your dog mate, then bring her to the vet and have her spayed. This will terminate the pregnancy and prevent any more litters. If you don't know this, you really aren't prepared to be a breeder or to deal with a canine pregnancy. Too many dogs are put to sleep each year.

The symptoms of a pregnant dog are: not eating well, just once in a while they eat like pigs, they don't like playing with you they just like being alone, of course her stomach gets big and then you touch it it feels like a bouncy ball. The dogs take like 3 to 5 months pregnant. When they feel like having the puppy/ies they are quite they don't barck at all and they go in their house quietly, they don't really need help from anybody, but just keep supervision. Their nipples get larger.

how far along is she? her stomach area will start to fill out and her nipples will get bigger. how old is the dog? if you were never going to breed then have her spayed as soon as you can. if she is more than 2 to 3 weeks along then let her have the puppies and after she weans them give her about three weeks to dry up and then have her spayed. if you were planing to breed again give her at least one season between before breeding again. please talk to your vet.
