I wouldn't recommend it.

By the time it was done in the center, it would be burnt on the outside.

Ideally, for a ham that is completely defrosted, you have to allow about 10 minutes per pound to cook it all the way through. That is with your oven set at 325 degrees.

For a frozen ham, that time would have to be increased to about 25 minutes per pound......and by the time the inside was done, you would have nothing on the out but a giant charcoal.

I suggest you flash thaw it. Run luke warm water over and submerge it in the sink(still in the package). That will take about 2 hours to thaw it. Ham thaws pretty fast due to it's texture.
If you are baking it from frozen it will take forever and come out dry in the end...If you are boiling it...you can start frozen..it will just take longer.

Yea you can. I do it all the time and it's always yummy. Remember to add extra time because it was frozen, give it an hour than check it. If you add water usually add less as you'll get moisture from frozen ham. Dang! Now I'm hungry. Enjoy!

No, it's not going to cook properly or taste good after.

Put it in an air-sealed plastic bag (so water doesn't get in) and immerse it in enough cold water to cover the bag/ham...should be thawed enough in about 2 hours or less.

Sure you can place it in the oven and cover it with foil in a pan cook low and slow. Or put it in the sink with running water to thaw it out.

You should thaw in in water. I have my ham sitting in my big Coleman Cooler thawing in water. NEVER use warm water to thaw any meat!!! Only use cold water. ALWAYS THINK FOOD SAFETY!!!!!!!
