If your trip is mainly about entertainment then VEGAS if it is mainly about gambling RENO is the place.
In order to compete with the ever increasing casinos sprouting up every where VEGAS is becoming less and less about gaming and more about entertainment .Thier entertainment revenues was double the take for gambling last year and the gambling take was down from previous years.I see a day when VEGAS will be nothing but slots pal;aces and mega entertainment with table games for hi rollers only.

I love Tunica Mississipi right next to memphis tennesee .Its no vegas but theres packages you can buy and its alot of fun .They have seven casinos but I heard they were building seven more.Its just a blast.I like samstown hotel and buffet but many people like sheridan or horseshoe or also Goldstrike.Everyone loves the grand its huge.I hope you find a good place to go.

I would say Vegas (I go several times every year), but I really want to go to Monte Carlo. (the city in Monaco, not the hotel between NewYorkNewYork and Bellagio).
It is definitely not Atlantic City.
Atlantis in Bahamas is also very nice.
