No absolutely not. It never came into contact with anything to contaminate it. The radiation used will not alter the atomic nature of the materials in the bag to make them radiactive either.

i don't think so. i hope not because i too pass my bags thru a scanner almost everyday but i've never tested my bags for radiation.

No-radiation only 'stays' with a person if they have a radioactive substance on or in them. TV's produce radiation but they don't do us any harm if we keep a safe distance away.

x-rays are rarely used nowadays mostly ultra sound scanning..therefore ...no radiation..otherwise the people who check the bags would all be irradiated...
